The Cleavage Creek butterfly is a symbol of hope and metamorphosis.  It represents the transformation made when those with breast cancer survive their struggles and go on to lead healthy lives.  As the butterfly leaves the cocoon in its new form, breast cancer survivors may emerge from their medical ordeal, resplendent and renewed, prepared to live a beautiful life.  The Cleavage Creek butterfly embodies a spirit of freedom, a sense of hope, and a promise that life after breast cancer can be beautiful.

Every year when we introduce our new group of models, they will have a butterfly, different and unique, that represents their group.
